About Our Staff

Hello, My Name is Natalie…

Founder/CEO

Hello, I’m Natalie, Founder and CEO of Thrive Therapy.
Born and raised in Lafayette, LA, I come from a big Southern family where storytelling and connection shaped much of who I am. Though I once dreamed of becoming the next Oprah, I discovered my true purpose early on—supporting children, teens, and the adults who care for them.

For over a decade, I worked with youth in state custody, teen mothers, and children facing difficult early experiences. That work taught me both the challenges of adversity and the incredible resilience of the human spirit. After earning my Master’s in Social Work from LSU in 2013, I dedicated my career to advocating for children, families, and the professionals who serve them.

As a trained clinician in EMDR and TF-CBT, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Child/Youth Mental Health Specialist, my clinical work continues with children and young adults ages 5–25 and their families. Committed to supporting neurodivergent clients and their families, I help children navigate trauma, school anxiety, family transitions, and other challenges through a relational, whole-child approach rooted in evidence-based care. In addition to pediatric mental health, I provide support and guidance through parent consultation and therapy as well as seeing adult professionals in the helping fields. Lastly, as a Board Appointed Clinical Supervisor, I provide supervision and mentorship to emerging social workers.

At Thrive, I believe healing happens through connection. Whether you’re a parent, a young adult finding your way, or a professional navigating the pressures of a helping role, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, skill, and respect. I deeply believe we all have the courage to take steps toward wellness—and I’d be honored to join you on that journey.

Amanda Campos, LMSW

Pediatric Mental Health, Therapist
Hi, Friends! My name is Amanda, and I’m so happy you’ve found your way to my page. I’m a licensed Master of Social Work and pediatric mental health therapist that primarily serves clients that are elementary and middle school aged. Both my personal and professional experiences have contributed to my ability to work with children, specifically those that are neurodivergent; I have worked closely with children diagnosed with down syndrome, autism spectrum disorder, oppositional defiance disorder, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, as well as other co-occurring diagnoses. In my personal life, I have the most wonderful and kindhearted younger brother who has down syndrome.
Although my clients may be little, their struggles can be big. My therapeutic approach is highly relational, strength based, and client-centered. When working with kiddos, I want to build a therapeutic relationship that in itself is healing; I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where they are comfortable to freely speak their minds and express their feelings. In providing them with such a space, we can work together to build their capacity to cope with stressors and, ultimately, thrive. During sessions, I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral strategies paired with creative activities and play, as play is the language of children!
Therapy can sometimes be scary, especially for children; it is my hope that I can make the process less daunting and more enjoyable for both my clients and their families. Thank you for stopping by my page and considering my services for your little ones!

Faith Harris, LMSW

Pediatric Mental Health, Therapist

Hey y’all!
My name is Faith, and I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker as well as the newest member of the amazing team at Thrive! I have a heart full of empathy and a genuine desire to encourage and support others. It’s truly a privilege to show up for my clients on their journeys toward healing and personal growth.
I have a special passion for working with youth because I believe they are the next generation of changemakers—and they keep me young! My background includes working with children and adolescents—both neurodivergent and neurotypical—in a variety of settings, including ABA therapy, schools, and treatment facilities. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges young people face in today’s ever-changing world.
Adolescence can be a challenging stage of development, filled with emotional, physical, and social changes. These transitions can feel overwhelming and confusing—not only for teens, but for their caregivers as well. My goal is to be someone my clients trust and create a space where they feel seen, heard, and valued as they explore their identity and navigate challenges related to relationships, mental health, and self-esteem. My therapeutic style is collaborative and grounded in person-centered, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral approaches. Additionally, I am trained in TF-CBT and dedicated to continually deepening my understanding of trauma-informed care. I strive to empower each client to discover their voice, build resilience, and gain the confidence to not just get by—but to truly thrive.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me! I look forward to partnering with you on your journey of self-discovery.
